Program 3 to help rehabilitation actions at the building level The objective of this program is to finance actions in residential buildings that improve their energy efficiency, both in urban and rural areas. Aid recipients: The owners or usufructuaries of isolated or Czech Republic Mobile Number List grouped homes in a row and of existing buildings of residential type for collective housing. Administrations, organizations and other public entities, as well as public companies. Communities of owners or groups of communities of owners. Owners who, collectively, own buildings. Tenant companies or concessionaires of the buildings. Eligible actions:  Actions whose start is after February 1, 2020: Those that obtain a reduction of at least 30% in the non-renewable primary energy consumption indicator , referred to the energy certification. Furthermore, in buildings located in climate zones C, D and E, according to the CTE climate classification, a reduction in the global annual energy demand for heating and cooling of at least: 35% in zones D and E must be achieved. , and 25% in zone C.
